What is spiritual life coaching?

Spiritual life coaching is a supportive space for personal growth, self-discovery, emotional healing, and deeper connection to yourself and your life. People often seek out a spiritual life coach when they are feeling lost, disconnected, emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy patterns, navigating grief or relationship challenges, searching for purpose, wanting to build confidence and self-worth, or longing to feel more grounded, present, and aligned. Through compassionate guidance, self-reflection, meaningful conversation, and practical tools, spiritual life coaching can help clients reconnect with themselves, move through emotional blocks, strengthen relationships, and create a life that feels more authentic, intentional, and fulfilling.

How is it spiritual life coaching different than therapy?

Spiritual life coaching and therapy both provide support and personal guidance, but they serve different purposes. Therapists are trained to diagnose and treat mental health conditions, process trauma clinically, and provide psychological treatment. Spiritual life coaching is focused more on personal growth, self-discovery, mindset, emotional support, spirituality, life direction, and helping clients create positive changes in their lives. Sessions often focus on the present and future while therapy focuses more on the past and present. Coaching can be deeply meaningful and healing but it is not a replacement for therapy, mental health care, diagnosis, or medical treatment.

What is your philosophy?

My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that true transformation begins when we reconnect with ourselves with honesty, compassion, presence, and love. My role is not to “fix” anyone, but to provide a supportive and grounded space for self-reflection, healing, spiritual growth, and personal transformation. Through compassionate guidance, meaningful conversation, and practical tools, I help clients reconnect to their worth, deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and create a life that feels more authentic, intentional, and fulfilling. Please note: I do not work with manifestation or any ideas that suggest we must always be "happy". Our deepest truths come out while we are in the trenches. There is a time and a place for everything. Lastly, even though I am deeply devoted to studying personal growth and spirituality and deepening my own journey, I am no one's guru. I am a human being just like you.

What is your specialty?

I help my clients reconnect to themselves, others, a higher power, and life itself. Initially, my work focuses on the self. Even if a client comes to me about some external issue like in their career or relationship. I find that when we focus on the self, we discover our power therefore cultivating actual change in our lives. However, during this phase we also open our hearts which heavily relies on giving and serving others.

Do I need to be spiritual or religious to work with you?

I welcome wherever you are at in your journey. I do not believe in forcing my ideas onto you but rather guiding you to discover your own spiritual connection. Personally, I am not religious but have some Christian values. Overall, I believe that divine energy is the energy of love. I do not condone any behavior that shames, controls, or dehumanizes another human being.
